During a summer internship at the indie game studio Feeble Minds, I had the opportunity to develop a variety of visual effects for the upcoming game Serpent's Gaze. This experience allowed me to deepen my expertise in Unreal Engine 5's Niagara System.

My contributions included designing VFX for impacts, status effects, and weapon trails, all tailored for gameplay integration.

A key challenge was balancing visually striking effects with optimized system performance. To achieve this, I utilized Niagara's fluid simulation system to generate fire and smoke flipbook animations, which were later incorporated into sprite-based Niagara systems. This workflow resulted in high-quality visual effects while maintaining efficiency and performance.
